When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP through our wedding website by September 25, 2026. Be sure to respond for each event shown with your invitation, even if you are unable to attend.
What time should I arrive for the wedding?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive approximately 30 minutes early so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.
What is the dress code?
The Welcome Party is dressy casual, and the Wedding Ceremony and Reception are black tie optional.
Please visit our Dress Code page for examples, guidelines, and additional details.
Since the wedding is on Halloween, can we wear costumes?
We know our wedding falls on Halloween, but neither the Welcome Party nor the Wedding Ceremony and Reception is a costume event.
Please do not wear costumes, masks, costume makeup, character-inspired outfits, or Halloween accessories. We kindly ask everyone to follow the dress codes listed on our Dress Code page.
Where should we stay?
Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown is our recommended hotel and the location of our discounted room block.
We have also listed Home2 Suites by Hilton Mesa Longbow for guests who prefer to stay closer to Stonebridge Manor, as well as Arizona Grand Resort & Spa for guests looking for a resort experience.
Please visit our Hotels page for booking information, parking details, and approximate drive times.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will not be provided between the airport, hotels, and wedding events.
Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout the Phoenix area. Waymo may also be available depending on your pickup location and destination. Guests may also choose to rent a car.
Please visit our Getting Around page for additional information.
Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available at Stonebridge Manor.
Parking information for each recommended hotel can be found on our Hotels page.
Which airport should we fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, also known as PHX, is the recommended airport for our wedding weekend. It offers the most convenient access to Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, and our recommended hotels.
Will food be served at the wedding weekend events?
Yes. Dinner will be served at the Welcome Party.
The Wedding Ceremony and Reception will include cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing.
Can I bring a guest?
Your invitation and online RSVP will show the names of everyone included in your invitation. Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed.
Please contact us before submitting your RSVP if you believe there may be an error.
Are children invited?
Your invitation and online RSVP will list every member of your household who is invited, including any children.
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on the invitation.
What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions when completing your online RSVP. We will share this information with our catering team and do our best to accommodate your needs.
What if I can attend one event but not the other?
That is completely fine. Please respond separately for each event shown with your online RSVP so we know when to expect you.
What should we expect from the weather?
Late October in the Phoenix area is typically warm during the day and cooler after sunset. We recommend checking the forecast before traveling and bringing a light layer for the evening.
When should we book our flights and accommodations?
We recommend booking flights, accommodations, and rental cars as early as possible. October is a popular time to visit Arizona, and availability and rates may change as the wedding weekend approaches.
